Event Booking Rules

  • Event bookings must be made at least 20 days in advance of the event date.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date.
  • The maximum number of guests for any event is 300. If you require space for more than 300 guests, please contact us to discuss.
  • Events are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse bookings.
  • We require a detailed event plan at least 14 days prior to the event date. This includes a list of all vendors, equipment, and activities.
  • All events must comply with local noise ordinances and music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
  • Any damages to the property or equipment caused by the event will be the responsibility of the event organizer and must be paid for in full.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time if we believe it is necessary for the safety of our staff or other guests. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • All event attendees must follow our site rules and regulations, and any violation may result in the individual being asked to leave the premises.
  • We do not allow events that involve the use of illegal drugs or other illegal activities
